Park your car in the secure double garage and enter into the ground floor of this modern, two story, townhouse. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the laundry with access to a private rear courtyard. Of the two bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has a tri-bunk. Both bedrooms come with built in robes and heaters. The bathroom comes with a shower and toilet while the laundry has both a washing machine and a dryer. Outside, the courtyard provides the perfect place to lounge with a book in one of the two sun beds.
Upstairs, you will walk into a light, open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that provides the perfect place for everyone to gather at the end of a day spent lazing on the beach. The kitchen comes with electric oven and cooktop as well as a dishwasher, microwave and a Breville coffee machine. Next to the kitchen a dining area with seating for eight, while there is also additional seating for four at a breakfast bar. On the other side of the room, the lounge area comes with multiple couches as well as a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo.
A further two bedrooms and bathroom can also be found on the upper floor, one with a queen and the other with a tri-bunk. Both come with built in robes and access onto a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The queen bedroom also comes with semi-ensuite access to the upstairs bathroom that features a shower, bath and toilet. A second balcony can be accessed off of the lounge and comes with two outdoor lounges.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.
