A lovely, serene front deck provides a warm welcome as you step up to the front door of this property. Once inside, be met with the grandeur of the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with cathedral ceilings and a central fire place. The lounge comes with multiple leather couches, a large flat screen TV and a bar area, perfect for relaxing after a day spent at the beach. On the opposite side of the room, the kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, including the necessary dishwasher, as well as a breakfast bar with seating for four, while the dining area can comfortably seat eight around a large dining table.
There are five bedrooms at the property. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and comes with a queen bed, flat screen TV, walk in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet. The second bedroom is also located downstairs as well a second bathroom with shower and toilet. All remaining bedrooms are located upstairs, two with a queen bed each and the third with two single beds. The upstairs bathroom comes with shower, bath and a separate toilet. There is also an upstairs lounge area with a couch.
Exiting through sliding doors off the dining area will take you out to a secluded back deck, with outdoor setting and built in BBQ. Off street parking is available at the front of the property.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
