Split over two floors, this property has all the space your family will need to spread out and enjoy themselves. Walking in the front door you will find one of two living areas, with this downstairs lounge featuring a day bed and flat screen TV with Blu ray player.
Upstairs, there is an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with one of two balconies accessible off one side. The kitchen features all electric appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, while the adjacent dining area features an extendable table with room for up to nine people. Opposite the dining area, the upstairs lounge has a comfy couch, flat screen TV and DVD player, while the front balcony has a gas BBQ and large outdoor setting.
There are four bedrooms at this property, three upstairs and one downstairs. The master bedroom is located upstairs, and comes with a queen bed and access to a separate balcony that has a lovely outdoor lounge. Of the remaining two upstairs bedrooms, one comes with a set of single bunks and the other has a tri-bunk, while the downstairs bedroom also has a set of single bunks. The main bathroom is also located upstairs and has a spa bath with overhead shower and a toilet. A second, separate toilet is located next the bathroom.
Outside there is plenty of space for the children to play with a large back yard area. For adults wanting to take care of their toys, there is an undercover carport as well as additional space for two vehicles.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
