With three bedrooms, one bathroom and one living area this home is perfect for any family getaway. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The main bathroom features a shower and vanity and a separate toilet can be found off the laundry which features a washing machine.

The property has a large expansive backyard with plenty of room to park your boat and a couple of cars if required. A large gas B.B.Q and outdoor setting is provided in the lovely grassed backyard where you can relax and enjoy a feast whilst overlooking your kids run and play.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
