All three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, two featuring a queen bed and built-in-robes and the master coming with a king bed, wall-mounted, flat screen TV, walk-in-robe and en-suite with shower and toilet. The main bathroom is also located on the ground floor and comes with a shower, bath and separate toilet.
Ascend the staircase and walk into a light, bright, open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that is sure to impress. The kitchen comes with separate oven and cooktop as well as extras such as a dishwasher, built-in microwave and a breakfast bar with seating for three, while the adjacent dining area has room for ten around an impressive, stone dining table. A semi-separate lounge area can be found opposite and comes with plush carpet underfoot, multiple seating options and a flat screen TV. Off of the lounge there is also a powder room with basin and toilet.
Outside, both of the two balconies on offer at this property provide the perfect place to unwind after a day spent at the beach. The first balcony comes off of the dining area and has a lovely cane bench seat, while the second balcony can be accessed off of both the dining area and the lounge. This second balcony comes with an outdoor setting, gas BBQ, retractable roof and sides and boasts ocean views!
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
