Spread out over two floors, the house has the space for an extended family to spread out. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of single bunks. There is also a downstairs bathroom, which has a shower and separate toilet as well as a laundry with washing machine and access to the clothes line outside. A separate lounge room can additionally be found on the ground floor and comes with a flat screen TV, multiple couches and also has access to the rear yard, which has an outdoor shower and outdoor seating area.

Upstairs, be spoilt with an additional two bedrooms, bathroom in addition to the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with access to a second outdoor seating area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the modern appliances, including a dishwasher, sandwich press and breakfast bar with seating for three. Adjacent to this, the dining area can seat eight while the spacious lounge area has multiple couches, a wood burning fire place and a flat screen TV.

Of the upstairs bedrooms, the master has a queen bed while the second comes with a tri-bunk. Additionally, the bathroom on the upper floor has a bath, shower and separate toilet.
