Through the front door, you enter onto a bright hallway off of which, are the propertys two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is located towards the back of the property and comes packed with features such as a queen bed, built in wardrobes, TV, its own private courtyard and a semi-ensuite with spa bath and separate toilet. At the front of the property, the second bedroom has a tri-bunk as well as built in wardrobes and its own ensuite with shower and toilet. There is also a European-style laundry in the main hallway, which comes with both a washer and a dryer.
Upstairs you will find a large, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room with ample amounts of natural light from the windows on three sides. At one end, the lounge area has multiple comfy couches as well as a flat screen TV. There is also a glass sliding door that leads out to a balcony that gives you views of the ocean.
The kitchen is located in the middle and has a raised oven, separate cooktop, microwave and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen, the dining area has a large glass table with seating for six as well as additional seating for three at a nearby bench. A second balcony can be found off of the dining area and comes with an outdoor lounge set.
Outside of the property, the is a lockable garage so you can safely park your car or store your surf boards when you're not at the beach.The complex also comes with a communal pool and BBQ area, both of which you will be able to use during your stay.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
