An undercover porch welcomes you to the front door and into a beautifully furnished, separate lounge room. Here you will find a comfy couch and additional seating, as well as a flat screen TV, DVD player and bookshelf full of books and DVDs to entertain you in the evening. A sliding door to the right leads you through to the updated kitchen, with all electric appliances including a microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as a dining setting for four.
There are two bedrooms at this property. The master bedroom is located at the front of the property and comes with a queen bed, while the second bedroom is located off of the kitchen and comes with a single bunk bed. Opposite this second bedroom, there is also the main bathroom, which features a shower and toilet.
Outside, there is a large, fully fenced yard with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. A single car garage provides secure shelter for your car or your boat/jet ski, while the driveway leaves you with enough space to park a trailer. There is also a small lean-to at the rear of the property, with a trough, that would be perfect for storing bikes overnight.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
