This well-designed home offers a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. A fully fitted kitchen with electric cooking and a dishwasher provides ample space to cook a scrumptious feast for the whole family. An Aldi coffee machine is even provided so bring along some pods!

On those cool winter nights, the living space is brought to life with the wood fire, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The reverse cycle heating/cooling provides for a welcome relief on those scorching summer days or with fly screens on all windows/doors simply open the house up and enjoy those evening sea breezes. When the sun is shining, you can sit out on the large undercover deck have BBQ and enjoy watching the kids play in the enormous secure back yard that also includes a kids swing set/cubby house and slide. When indoors you can enjoy the smart tv and free internet or play some of the old school board games on offer.

Off the deck there is the second living area (ideal as a perfect kid only retreat) with another tv and a separate laundry/bathroom that contains the washing machine, second shower, hand basin and toilet.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, comprising of a Queen bed in the main (also includes huge built in robes), a double bed in the second and the third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds and a cot covering the entire family.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
