Heading upstairs you enter a large multipurpose area providing access to a large wrap around deck. With the sliding door ajar and the sounds of birds in the trees, this space is perfect for board games with the kids, or a quiet read on the lounge.

The well-appointed kitchen is modern and functional with electric cooking, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a coffee machine, the breakfast bench for 2 is an addition to the large dining table which seats 8.

The standout feature upstairs is the stunning white standalone wood heater. Perfectly situated in the centre of the open plan space that stretches from the dining table across to the comfortable lounge area. With a split system as well, you will enjoy entertaining all year round.

The master bedroom is located upstairs, with a King size bed, walk in robe and ensuite (with shower & toilet). A large sliding glass door provides easy access to a private corner of the deck where 2 x hanging egg chairs await you, pure luxury.
