JARDIN – INLET SIDE
An undercover porch invites you through the front door, where you will be met by a light entrance hallway. Direct in front, this hallway leads to the newly renovated kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has been renovated to a high standard, with stainless steel appliances including a separate oven and gas cooktop, while the dining area has seating for eight with two additional seats at the kitchen bench.
Adjacent from the dining area, you will also find the light and tastefully decorated lounge with a flat screen TV and DVD player, wall-mounted, reverse cycle air-conditioner and gas log fire place making the room the perfect place to relax with the family in the evening. There is also an additional rumpus room with dart board off of the kitchen, which also features a set of single bunks.
At the other end of the house you will find the additional three bedrooms, as well as the laundry and main bathroom. Of the bedrooms, two come with queen beds while the third has two sets of single bunks. All bedrooms come with built in storage, with the main bedroom having the added bonus of a walk in robe as well as an ensuite with shower and toilet. The main bathroom comes a shower, bath and separate toilet while the laundry has both a washing machine and a dryer.
Outside, this property has a well maintained, fully fenced back yard. Enjoy the warm summer nights with a BBQ and a drink in the undercover alfresco area, which has an outdoor setting with seating for six.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
